Get LinkedIn reply notifications on Slack or Telegram

LinkedIn doesn’t send replies to Slack or Telegram on its own. To get a ping the moment a prospect answers your outreach, connect a tool that watches your conversations: Reachy posts each reply to Telegram, Slack or Discord, and with AI replies on, the same message carries a drafted answer you can send with one tap.

Here is why it matters, and how to set it up in a few minutes.

Why the LinkedIn inbox isn’t enough

Replies to outreach hide among everything else: recruiters, connection requests, newsletters, your own network. With several accounts, you also have several inboxes.

The result is a slow answer. And a prospect who said “sounds interesting” on Monday is less interested on Wednesday. Getting the reply where you already work, on your phone or in your team’s Slack, is the simplest way to answer the same day.

What you get

Once connected, Reachy sends every notification about your campaigns to the app you picked:

  • Replies from prospects, with the campaign and account
  • Runs: what Reachy did today
  • Limits and account alerts: when an account hits its limit or needs you
  • A dashboard: pinned at the top of Telegram, in the Home tab in Slack, in its own thread on Discord

Telegram, Slack or Discord?

Where it arrives Your chat with @ReachyAIBot A direct message from the Reachy app 3 private threads on the Reachy server

You can connect more than one.

Set it up

In Reachy, open Settings › Notifications:

  • Telegram: click Connect Telegram, scan the QR code, press Start with @ReachyAIBot.
  • Slack: click Add to Slack, pick your workspace and allow Reachy. If your workspace needs admin approval for new apps, Slack asks them.
  • Discord: click Connect Discord and sign in. Reachy adds you to its server and creates your private threads.

Then click Send a test. Step-by-step with screens in the setup guide.

Answer from the notification

This is the part that saves the most time. Turn on AI replies in Settings, tick Telegram, Slack or Discord under “Where you approve replies”, and each reply arrives with:

  1. What the prospect said, and Reachy’s verdict (interested, objection, closed, over to you)
  2. Reachy’s draft, written from your offer: a booking link, a trial, a discount code
  3. Send, Edit and Don’t send

Tap Send and Reachy sends it at its next run, from the right account, after checking the conversation hasn’t moved on. Replies that need you, like negotiations, come without a draft.

Privacy

Your LinkedIn session, contacts and conversations stay on your computer. To reach your phone, each notification goes through Reachy’s notification relay to the app you chose. Only you and the people you add see it.

Download Reachy and connect your phone in two minutes.

Frequently asked questions

Can LinkedIn send message notifications to Slack?
Not natively. LinkedIn notifies you in its own app and by email. To get replies from your outreach in Slack or Telegram, you need a tool that watches your conversations and posts them there, such as Reachy.
Can I answer a LinkedIn prospect from Slack or Telegram?
With Reachy AI replies on, yes: each reply arrives with Reachy's draft and Send, Edit and Don't send buttons. The approved reply goes out from Reachy at its next run, from the LinkedIn account that holds the conversation.
Who can see the notifications?
Only you and the people you add. On Discord, the Reachy support team can also read your private threads.
