Terms of Service

1. LinkedIn

Reachy is not an official LinkedIn feature and is not affiliated with LinkedIn. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for complying with LinkedIn's policies; BlackZebra assumes no responsibility for LinkedIn's decisions regarding your account, including restrictions resulting from your activities.

2. Account terms

You must be 18 or older and hold valid LinkedIn credentials. Information you provide must be accurate; false data may result in termination. The following are prohibited: illegal use, copyright or spam violations, unauthorized automated scraping, and reselling the service. One organization per person unless approved. We may modify or suspend the service for breach, and reserve the right to refuse service. If you cancel or terminate, your content may be deleted.

3. Payment terms & refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. We offer a full refund within the first 7 days on request. Licenses continue until terminated by either party; non-payment results in suspension. Your payment method must remain valid, and taxes are your responsibility. The trial is free for 14 days with no card, and the monitoring mode that follows it is free indefinitely.

4. Intellectual property

BlackZebra owns all code, databases, design and layout; you may not copy or reuse them without written consent. Reachy claims no intellectual property rights over the material you provide — your prospect lists, messages and campaign results are yours.

5. Reverse engineering & security

You may not reverse engineer the code, violate security through unauthorized access, conduct data mining against the service, or interfere with our networks.

6. Spam policy

Illegal spam activities, email harvesting and mass unsolicited commercial mailings are strictly prohibited and result in immediate termination.

7. Warranties, data & liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Reachy is designed to be the safest tool in its category, but we do not accept responsibility for the security of your account or content — use is at your own risk, and we cannot guarantee data security during internet transmission. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlackZebra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including lost profits or data loss. We are not liable for losses arising from third-party services or links. You indemnify BlackZebra against third-party claims arising from your use.

8. Non-solicitation & confidentiality

Neither party may solicit the other's clients or partners for 12 months after termination (general solicitations and employee-initiated contact excluded). Both parties protect the other's confidential business information.

9. Sales Agents (third-party LinkedIn accounts)

Optional ID-verified outreach seats ("Sales Agents") are supplied by third-party providers. The provider is responsible for the accounts; you must use them in compliance with LinkedIn's terms. Misuse leads to termination. Pricing is per agent per month as displayed at purchase, and the customer support obligations and liability limits of these terms apply.

10. General conditions

Technical support is provided to paying customers. Hosting and infrastructure rely on third-party vendors. You may not modify the service or falsely imply a partnership with BlackZebra. Abuse results in immediate termination and possible legal action. Notices are delivered electronically.

11. Jurisdiction & disputes

Disputes are governed by United States law and resolved by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator in the United States, without punitive damages or class certification; both parties waive jury trial. Intellectual-property claims are exempt from arbitration. For Sales Agents supplied under French law, French jurisdiction may apply as stated at purchase.
